]]> For the last year I have had many requests from my wellness therapists to create a composition to aid in the healing of grief.  After a month of research and learning about the five stages of grief, I connected the various plants that would help open and heal the various stages of this process.  I put my alchemist hat on to compose various recipes to test on my body workers.  It was when I narrowed it down from 4 to 2 compositions that I started to get positive reactions to the 4th and final composition. With 3 of the five experiencing their hair raising up on their arms that I knew this was the one!  I present my Ataraxis Composition, a Custom Blend.
